WHAT IS A POD?
A Pod is a dedicated team of engineers who strive towards reaching the goal as a cohesive unit with the client’s team.
A Pod usually consists of a Team Lead who acts as an interface between the organization and the programmers.
Ideally, it consists of 1-6 developers with diverse experiences and skills.
WHY A POD?
- Our Pods are very flexible, and can be scaled up/down at any point, according to the client's specifications.
- Inheriting the protocols, expectations and the end-objectives, our Pod welds with the parents organizations so that it does not feel any different than them.
- The Pods help in accelerating the development of the client's software.

These are entry-level engineers expected to be able to write modules and fix bugs. We expect them to be keen learners and perform well under a more senior engineer.
